I think this is last of the fun wrestling games where you can just kick ass on ps2 I bought smackdown vs raw 2008 but it just was not the same fun as this game. When you have done season mode and you have high stats you can just copy the wrestler and create more badass wrestlers and add them to the rosta and watch them kick the crap out of the superstars (lol)

HCTP FTW! you even got triple threat tornado tag ladder & hardcore matches for this game its epic! unlike the shitty "smackdown vs raw" series which they try to make too realistic its boring. I still play HCTP its just so fun! The AI is harder too. Try playing as hbk and fight goldberg on legend difficaulty..now THATS a challenge!

To be honest I prefered Shut Your Mouth to this. Please don't give me a thumbs down, flame or talk shit to me. I'm not trying to offend anyone here. It's just that, HCTP may have WAY better graphics and all, but it just isn't the same. In Shut Your Mouth, you cycle into the ring, climb up onto the giant Smackdown! Fist, do a Swanton Bomb, off it, then jump on a motorbike and try to spear someone with the thing!! HCTP is a GREAT game, but in my opinion, Shut Your Mouth just was more fun.
