He is running a APS TSR-70 Turbo kit. From the little amount of research I did, The TSR-70 kit is able to achieve a little higher HP levels. So, its pretty large lol

This was most likely on 91 octane. This was an old tune, the car has now been retuned using 100 octane pump fuel.
