A short history of of Universal's monster films done using only trailers, clips and photos found online, as well as information from my own memory, for a computer class. Not the greatest as I didn't have the time or rescources to make it really worthwhile, but hopefully a half-decent crash course in vintage horror history running under five minutes.
This is in no way affiliated with Universal itself.
I LOVE THE CLASSIC UNIVERSAL HORROR FILMS, THERE MOVIES THAT YOU NEVER GET TIRED OF. THERE SO WELL DONE AND THE SETTINGS WERE ALWAYS DARK AND CREEPY. HUGE FAN OF KARLOFF , LUGOSI , CHANEY JR, AND EDWARD VAN SLOAN. THEY ALWAYS GAVE GREAT PERFORMANCES !!!

I much prefer British Hammer Horror films over universal horror films anyday. The good thing about universal horror films was Boris Karloff and he was British.

Even though the dreaded Twilight saga has polluted all of T.V., magazines and animation; it give me a small comfort in remembering the REAL vampire and werewolf image.
No matter what; Karloff, Lugosi, Chaney and all the other stars and co-stars of the Universal monster films will always be the TRUE masters of horror in film

I like it when people don't actually listen to video. It makes it very clear KONG was an RKO production done in response to the horror craze of the 30's.
