Before you dismiss your eating at night as simply emotional eating (which is a different but sometimes related thing) you need to make sure you get a proper breakfast, make sure you are not just tired.

  • It all sounds like great advise, BUT the truth is I have tried eating something "good" for me as a snack.15-20 mins later I'm back at the fridge eating carbs. I don't mean to come off judgmental but I look at your video and I see a person who looks in great shape, probably eats well, and CAN exercise. I have suffered with NES for years and only recently have even discovered that it was even a syndrome with chemical imbalances that can be corrected. please advice where to get help for NES Thx 8-)

  • And are you consuming any alcohol with dinner? It may help some people GET to sleep, but even one glass of wine can wake you hours later bcz of the metabolic changes.

  • I eat healthy during the day but every night I woke up 2 hours after I fell asleep and have to eat something sweet (fruit ,milk or some biscuits, both...) I have had this problem for many years, before it was more serious, it happened more times in the middle of the night. I probably have late-night downs of sugar. I'll go to a specialist soon..I'm still fit luckily but I would be perfect without this problem IT'S SO SAD..I cannot bear it anymore.
