A review on the alternative bassinet, the armsreach cosleeper. Instead of having your baby in the bed with you here is the next best thing.

  • at 1:45 looks like your bottom support isnt set right - should be straight i think

  • @gcphost OMG i totally noticed that too when i made the video!!!! i wnated to say something but i already uploaded it. i had moved it for the video and i noticed way later. i was hoping nobody would notice...good eyes!!!!!

  • In your video, you mention the mattress not being very soft. It's actually SUPPOSED to be firm if you've done reading on SIDS prevention. So, while I understand you wanting to make it soft and cushy for comfort, by adding the extra cushioning/sheets, it's less apt to prevent SIDS and follow their guidelines. Just an FYI, that's all.

  • @getwordtoyou thanks but the mattress is really hard. i just add the pad they gave me in the NICU. so im assuming if they used it in the NICU it was safe for my baby. Shes fine and I did a lot of ready on SIDS i was a very nervous pregnant woman. thank you

  • @getwordtoyoumy sons mattress in his crib is relly soft. ut hes ayear and passed the typical age range of SIDS. he refuses to sleep on anything but that mattress. All these precautions are suggestions. I see people use bumpers on their cribs and put pillows, etc. There are so many things that can go wrong if you worry about every little thing you'll miss all the fun of them growing up, so ive tried to relax. i do freak out here n there while theyre sleeping and i see the blanket near their face!

  • I have this one in blue. The one thing i don't like about the mini is that you can't lower the level and babies outgrow it quickly.

  • @ucdruby i totally agree. howeverm i wish i got my daughter out earlier bc shes now a mid night runner to our bed!!!!! my son i didnt use it with and hes great in the crib, sleeps all night there. i do think these are great though. i was sooo sad when my daughter grew out of it!!!

  • There are plenty of other styles as well that aren't as small. check their FB page or website.

  • @leelaasokan I know. My baby outgrew his a couple of weeks ago. It's kind of expensive for only 6 months of use (give or take a month).

  • @ucdruby i hear ya! if i had known that when i made the review i would've mentioned it. she grew out super fast and we had to put her crib in the room!
