very nice layout and trains i have a two postwar turbine sets a 1946 2020 turbine freight set and a 1950 681 turbine passenger set i like my 681 better smoke and a little bit of a better puller since it has magnetraction and for a f-3 set i have one 2354 nyc AA f-3 freight set i love the postwar era they were one of a kinda come check out my lionels videos sometime

I am also an avid post war Lionel Collector myself ..In NJ to rebuild the ZW Transformer they charge close to $2.00 a Watt now to rebuild them ! Great Layout and keep those Lionel Postwar trains runing

i have the same pennsylvania steam train. my grandpa gave it to me. so much smoke comes out the train looks like a ghost.

The roads are a fake gravel similar to fake dirt. I bought it at my local hobby shop. I used masking tape on the sides of the roads to give it a nice clean look. I think it might look to clean though.

That is a nice layout ! Is that the 2353 Santa Fe ? Or 2333? The 671 Steamer was known for its great pulling power. Great video !

It is a Santa Fe 2343 and it is in near perfect condition. Yes, the 671 Steam Engine has power, but mine has a traction issue. The 671 doesn't run very well going up hills.
