I absolutely agree with what you are saying. I'm sick and tired of these skumbags myself. Baltimore city police are'nt always the best at what they do let me tell you, and this guy sure as hell is'nt a role model (Even if he is an officer).
He might as well be a preacher saying things like "Your time is coming". like he would enjoy using deadly force on someone that is'nt a cop.
I also don't like the idea of an officer stopping you then assuming you are already guilty of something and treating you as if you have no human rights.
