I just began watching your videos and I'm trying to pick up a few tricks! I haven't been hula hooping for very long, so do you have any tips? Also, how long have you been hula hooping? My hula hoop isn't very good quality, so do you know where to buy a good one? Thank you!

There are so many things in here I've only thought about doing. Thanks for being ridiculously awesome. This proves that I need twins as well. ( I also need to work on my core stuff like whoa haha )

@sofiaalexandriaa I am using store brought hoops, tesco cheap and nasty, I empty out the inside rattle and pot rivet the join.

Miss Sharna where are you from? I'd love to do a workshop with you if you would be interested, I'd even consider payment. I recently just got discouraged in my hula hooping but for some reason you motivate me to do better.
If you are willing to help a fellow hooper I would be truely blessed and honored.

@Nekonatalie I live in the UK, Maidstone in Kent. I have a family so I don't think I'll be coming to the US in a hurry....not unless we inherit a large sum of money :-)

Sharna!... just looking at the first part: you HAVE TO talk to Brian Thompson. The stuff at about 14 seconds in or so... he does something like it, but simultaneously isolating both with a pass-off... one being a linear isolation. it's nutty-balls madness. i haven't attempted to let myself care, assuming the difficulty is beyond me and i never hoop w 2 anyway... but i'll learn a cheap version so i can show you next week at swhoop. ... (yaaay! swhhop/ meeting you. : ) )

@brecken77 I first saw something like it by Dustin Hubel a couple of years ago, Brian Thompson inspired me the other day. I'm trying to incorporate the simple version into rolls and turns. Isolate the two with turn, release one, swap to the other side and back, shoulder or chest roll catch and then continue to the other side. I have to be extra careful with twins to work both sides as it is really easy to get stuck with the flow, and this limits me :-) Looking forward to meeting you.
