this is a disingenuous, false/fraudulent half truth explanation about the subsidy issue. buhari said? is that evidence?
facts-according to the constitution of nigeria, for every barrel of oil produced in nigeria a certain amount of money must be paid to fgn, plus the states & LG's where the oil is produced. also, foreign oil companies who drill the oil must be paid a commission on every barrel drawn. so there is always a cost for oil. it is not free
