Schtick is Yiddish/German for a bit/piece OR a character/act/trick one plays on another.
I guess Dave is talking about the character/act he's thought to be playing for '25 years' because 'he ain't got none'... he's got 'nowhere to come down to'.
There's also the humorous reference that schtick sounds like 'stick' or 'dick' too. :)
