  • You could sprout your own broccoli seeds but the sprout not only contains the beneficial compounds but it also contains an inhibitor which substantially reduces the yield of the beneficial Sulforaphane. EnduraCell has been produced in a way that retains the bioactvity whilst inactivating the inhibitor. The other problem is that broccoli seeds are highly variable in their content of bioactive compounds and most seed available to consumers contains low levels of the bioactive precursor compound.

  • Could you just sprout broccoli seeds & eat the fresh sprouts, or would that require eating as much in sprouts as raw, mature broccoli?
