Warmed up with a 4 mile jog with the kids in the baby jogger.

Im at 215 lbs, down from 247 on 3/1/09.

This is day 69 of the 100 day fitness challenge.

Also approaching the half way point of the $100 challenge

  • Squats can be killers. Excellent job. This builds great grip strength also.

  • Some days my knees say NO!  I do these once a week at the most.

  • Nooo you're killing your knees with barbbells! Just jog on the beach or go 2 the gym and using a squat machine man!!!
