On February 15th, 2007 Yiddishkayt Los Angeles presented an exclusive evening with Lorin Sklamberg, hosted by LACE in Hollywood. In addition to being the lead singer of the grammy-winning Klezmatics, Lorin is also the Sound Archivist of the YIVO Institute of Jewish Research. The YIVO archives are the largest collection of Yiddish and Ashkenazi music in the world. In these highlights from the event, Lorin explores the impact of the archives on the remarkable Klezmer renaissance.
