I love our varying accents. Is Kentucky Southern or Midwestern or a combination of the two? We're the 25th-largest population .

@carnut476 I lived in Louisville,KY so it was the northern part of the U.S but its in the south but i live in Iowa now and thats like the mid-west. :)

I noticed you said coffee a bit like a northerner. "Cwa-fee" instead of the way I say it which is like cough-fee (i'm from the south). I wonder if that is an Iowa thing or not? And whether you lived in the part of Kentucky closer to the north or closer to Tennessee? It's cool how Kentucky has such a diversity of accents within the state.
