@Spxder they dnt need to be certified. as long as it is under 190 lbs it doesnt require a liscence to fly it so i would assume it wldnt need to be certified.

If someone can tell me what kind of engine to use and where to get the counter rotating blades at, I will build a few with a safety cage around the blades and a reserve parachute along with a larger fuel capacity for extended flight. I promise to sell them AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE after they are certified. Let me know, I'd like to jump start the future!
