That looks to me to be about right for a fully loaded IL-76. The runway length was known, the takeoff run was calculated, so what's the problem. The idiots in the tower do not know what they talking about.

I must say we are all encouraged to rotate well before the last 50 metres of the runway ( if at all possible!)
