Doesn't address serious sociopaths, and bipolar young women who have the moral development if a 3yr. Old. I work with mostly young women ( early twenties) who are still trapped in adolescent egocentrism. 75percent have bragged about being clinically bipolar, then joke about not taking their meds. As a coworker there is no viable strategy that will be effective when they all pounce on you! They have a wolfpack mentality.

rule number 1: Dealing with difficult people is difficult.

Love the suggestion about dealing with the gossip...but all of it is great! 10 on the useful scale.

Michelle, your approach doesn't look at the foundational problem here: You still think that trying to change other people's behavior (by being strategic) is the answer to your problems. If you have don't like how you look in a sweater do you try to change the mirror? ;-) If you operate like this your life will never change meaningfully. You might win a tiny ego battle while you continue to lose the war. See my channel. Blessings

The sniper tactic isn't too smooth in a beheading office environment. Though you may presume the sniper is a certain individual, confronting this individual is risky, as you don't know for certain. If you're wrong, then you've just made another worker aware that your boss has reprimanded you, and the rumor mill will rev up accordingly. A better first step is to give your boss a curious but harmless response that will send him quickly back to your accuser. Note the time your meet ends :)

Great tip on the gossip: shut their noise down by forcing them to an action.

Like women don't gossip or snipe or tank you

@CreationTruth Thank you for your comments. Please listen to it again as the gossip is referred to as a woman. I do agree women do all 3 but it gets tiresome to say, "she and he" throughout the Training program don't you think?
