Not the military, no... but I have seen some BTR-80 and BTR-70's in Poland by private owners. By the way, In my last comment I was really making only a joke because apparently Ukraine and Poland like to give shit away to USA and UK and tries to stab Russia in back for USA money, but sad story... USA will not pay. xaxa

BTR-80, BTR-80A, and BTR-90 are all strictly military use only...
The only BTR that civilians can own is the BTR-70 and BTR-60. And they are very expensive at that... lol on second thought, you might be able to buy a BTR-80 from a corrupt Georgian or Polish General for the right price xD
