Fois Gras Hunt

I went all the way from OC to LA to find my fois gras to make fois gras terrine. Not an easy feat as it is not available in your local supermarket. I ended up finding my beloved whole duck liver at Monsieu Marcel at the Farmer's Market in the Grove LA! Wow...I was super excited to find it and I absolutely fell in love with the store!
