Goped Trail riding Part 2

hello, this is a video of me testing out the ipod nano and i just wanted to see how the video quality was for such a small camera, anyways my goped is not fast its just my stock G23LH Bigfoot only upgrades are an ADA .750 spindle and a deck, but i had fun driving around, whats wierd is i was going probably like 22-23mph but it looks like i was going 5-10mph hahahah idk i never went max speed in the video cause the cameras microphone picks it up and its super annoying, also i could get this video into a file to be able to edit on windows movie maker like i do on my dad's camera, anyone know how to convert the file into a way i could be able to use it on WMM??? thx again and thx for watching! BTW this is just raw video off the ipod.
