Everybody go through life with a fair but of uncertainties; not knowing what to expect and how to react when it comes; and many would admit that they wish that they have a life's manual to refer to.
Kids are no exception... In fact their anxieties and uncertainties are much bigger than yours or mine. We are in a better control of our lives and presumably able to handle life situation better as compared to children. We have the power to decide our attitude that we bring to work every day and the most important thing to remember is... as early childhood educators, our treatment and care can "make or break" a child even as we speak.
That's why even at my age; I still prefer teaching simply because I believe that with the right qualities that we nurture the children, ALL UNCERTAINITES can be turned to REWARDS! But it is up to us to show them the way! Come on... we can do this! It's not easy BUT its not difficult either!
