Very good remake,this is Chandlers original title.Also made inn 1944 with Dick Powell under the title Murder My Sweet I like that version a little better Claire Trevor was better than Charlotte Rampling.Claire played that type of role in her sleep,Charlotte was acting the role their a difference{not that Claire wasn't acting}Clarie seemed more like she pulled herself up by the boot straps in the role.Both Dick Powell and Robert Micthum were excellent.

Nice film, should have been shot in B&W, and some nudity by charlotte rampling would have been very nice!
