Coach Leo - www.beRIPPED4life.com - These are general guidelines about nutrition and suggestions for those starting P90X. I had a great transformation because I was extremely successful with the nutrition. In the upcoming Part II of this video there will be a walkthrough my kitchen showcasing foods that I ate during round I and II. I hope these guides will help you get started and nail the nutritional plan as well.

  • Hey coach....just have a question and hoped you could help...well I'm following quiet well the nutrition plan but I'm adding to my workout days whey protein after workouts and casein at night....well should I then on those days cut down on other protein intakes of the plan ( chicken, eggs etc)?

  • @aviman Factor in everything you put in your body, that includes whey protein. The only thing I don't factor in but I always make sure I "earn it" in my workouts is my recovery drink.

  • @aviman If you are eating right and exercising consistently, you can be flipping rocks in a yard and it will work for you. Be consistent with your food. If you are not counting calories, use common sense in the portion control approach.

  • @Beripped4life coach Leo, i haven't followed the diet in p90x but i have been eating small amounts of the food my mom makes, she cooks really healthy meals like rice,eggs for breakfast, chicken, beans ect., i eat subway once a week and i don't eat fast food at all, i quit drinking soda, do you think p90x will still work for me?

  • MY WORKOUT IS AT 7 PM!, WHAT I CAN DO EAT?....BEFORE AND AFTER;

    I PRACTICE TAE KWON DO, AND A LITTLE LIFTING WEIGHT......1/2HR AGO FIVE DAYS AT WEEK...THANK U!!!!!
