I'M 19 YEARS OLD! I haD my first period at 7 freaking years old.
My periods are heavy... sooo heavy and chunky... and painful.
never ever had light periods...never... :/

@moneymakr2012 well that happens when i sleep but i just put 2 pads together& if it gets messy just clean it with hot water it will go away lol

@llygrl99 try to sleep on your tummy it makes the cramps go away or make then less painful & also get big, large pads lol
