its not ultra....in the beta it only goes up to medium....which is completely believable for such a low resolution and mid range card.

Is your PC notebook or Desktop? I have laptop, here is specs:

i7 620M 2,66 Ghz Max. 3,33 Ghz

8 GB DDR3

1 GB Ati mobility HD 5650 DX11

I fucked up. :( all settings High.  I got average 20 FPS fuckkkkk :( and processor is 98 degree :(:(

@9KuBaN9 I think my processor is still a decent processor, the i7 870 @ 2.93ghz then theres the 8gigs of ram and the hardrive which isn't important since I still got half a tb left but I really don't think your 5750 was running ultra, no matter what the settings showed.

@LtDjOwns God, look, I didn't change any settings, they been ultra before I showed settings. Maybe You've got worst processor or something than mine...

No way in hell you played ultra with the 5750, why don't you restart bf3 after setting them to utlra and see what happens, mine went to about 10-15 fps :P, I played it on high-medium and lowest fps I got was 25 though and that was just outside of metro on first stage, caspian was never a problem.
