Do you usualy do reps of 25 ? because i thought 6-12 reps was the muscle building range for chest and arms.

@ryandog77 Well said! I do full lockouts now and then just to keep in check. But not locking out has allowed my DB Presses and size to go through the roof.

you haters are dumbasses.. hes keeping constant tension on the chest by not going completely to lockout. they are far from partials.. the last 5 he lockouts because he needs to let his chest recover, otherwise he was keeping constant tension which is a good thing. watch and learn, you fuckers were impressed -- but just gotta hate cause you aint shit.

Great form, I use to lock out and wondered why I was plateauing then began doing this way which targets more on your chest and triceps and now I have made gains every workout day.
