आफै न्यायाधीश भइसकेका मान्छे भए पनि सर्वोच्च अदालतले आफूविरुद्ध गरेको फैसलालाई पूर्वाग्रही र अदूरदर्शी अनि कानुन नबुझ्ने न्यायाधीशले गरेको बताउने उपराष्ट्रपति परमानन्द झाले नेपाली भाषामा शपथ लिनुअघि शर्त तेर्स्याएका छन्।

उनले नेपाली भाषामा नै अन्तर्वार्ता दिँदै भनेका छन्- म नेपाली बुझ्दिनँ। बोल्नु भनेको अर्कै कुरा हो। नेपाली भाषामा शपथ लेऊ भनेर भन्छ भने मलाई त्यो नेपालीमा लेखिएको व्यहोरालाई हिन्दी वा मैथिली वा अंग्रेजीमा अनुवाद गरेर बुझाइदिनु पर्छ। अनि मात्र म त्यसमा के लेखिएको छ बुझेर शपथ लिन्छु।

कस्तो केटाकेटी कुरा गरेका होलान् बा यी उपराष्ट्रपतिले। अचम्मै लाग्ने क्या। जे भने पनि जे गरे पनि हुने रहेछ। हेर्नुस् उनले शपथ लिएको भिडियो।

How could they let him take a oath in hindi, when our national language is nepali and how can he communicate with nepali people when can't speak nepali.
