@olutop1 there is no such thing as 2008 545i. The last year of 545 was 2005. I have owned a TL (nice car) and currently own a 540i 6 speed M-sport. The 540 is much quicker. The one in this video is either automatic, or not trying. 6 speed 540i does 1/4 mile in 14.0 sec. TL is around 15.0
Also, 540 is a 1997 bimmer engine vs the Acura with 2004 technology. In 2004, BMW's 4.4 V8 had increased output by another 40+hp! Acura's are nice cars though.

NO EXCUSE, I SMOKED A 2008 BMW 545 WITH MY 05 ACURA TL. A 2008 BMW 335 WITH DUAL EXHAUST RACED ME FROM A STOP LIGHT AND I GOT HIM BY A HALF CAR UP TO 60 MPH. IF ACURA IS WELL DRIVEN, IT WILL BE HARD TO BEAT IT.

I realized why he lost. He shifted around what sounded like 5k RPM, when the Redline is about another 1k Revs higher
