hahahahaha, this is the guy who wrecked his car in DC all pilled out in the middle of the night and told the cop he could not take him to jail because he was on his way to cast a vote for a bill. he wrecked a few blocks from the capital what a jack ass. He looks like he is pilled out right now. Maybe when he got his lobby money from the Pharma he got xanx instead of cash.
