@tegomassislove I had my graying hair professionally colored for a few years and I never had the color applied 1/4 inch from my scalp. Single process color doesn't need heat to process.

@IndyJDguy no it's not. the heat from your scalp will speed up the coloring process.

ur not supposed to put it on her scalp its suppose to be about 1/4 inch away because the heat from her head will help the product process and will expand!
