Jim Carrey helped Disney kick off the studio's 6-month train tour promotion on Thursday, May 21, for the Robert Zemeckis 3D version of A Christmas Carol opening November 6 that began at Union Station in L.A. on Memorial Day weekend, all captured in this highlight video by Scott Hettrick.
Honestly, this movie didn't impress me. It was beautiful, but there wasn't anything that I didn't see already. Plus, the scene with the Ghost of Christmas Future...it wasn't scary at all. =/

I went to that thing in New York. It would have been fun if the line wasn't so long.

Cool vid. I shot video of this train across the vast deserts of northern Nevada and across Donner Pass and I got pictures of it when it was parked in Los Angeles, California and when it was parked in Sacramento, California. I knew the Amtrak crews who were working the train. Vids of this train are on my youtube account.
