You do know that not everyone can tech or DI perfectly?
Or are you so perfect that you get every tech? Please don't bring that kind of stuff up. Not even the best of players will get the tech every single time.

Yessir, it's a hack that mods Brawl. A lot of changes were made, including extra hitstun.
