    They make things (i own one) it has a tool for slicing the belt (in some cashes belts have been known to snag) sharp point for breaking the glass, and also a red search beaked. (waterproof).

    i think "normally" is a stretch, i know for my car if the battery was submerged it wouldn't because electricity tries to find the path of least resistance, which if the battery is submerged it would be though the water, not though the wiring. but I do a agree the car would sink differently in normal conditions due to the weight of the engine

    this car has no engine and gearbox in it. thats act different than a car that has engine and gearbox complete in it whic normally the front of the car sink first.

    Power window normally still works when the car underwater.
