@1buckdawg you're talking as if Cleveland, or Ohio is the center of American culture of cosmopolitanism. Most Americans know Cleveland for is the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Lebron James - and even he gave up on Cleveland and left. Most of Ohio is MUCH WORSE than PA will ever be - you're lucky you have Detroit next door.
