The pull bar is the bar bolted to the top of the rear end that goes toward the front of the car.

The pullbar is what is bolted on the top of the rear end that goes toward the front of the car. I have no idea about rc cars so i cant help you with that one lol.
-
Is the suspension thing a pull bar? if it is, is it equal to anti-squat on rc cars?
-
If you look close on the pull bar mount on the housing it has the shaw logo on it.

I'm not sure about RC cars but the pull bar is either spring loaded or rubber biscuit loaded. This allows for smoother application of forward bite and decelleration for dirt racing. Asphalt would probably use a solid bar.

Man I did not know that all that stuf was going on under there! What is it's puropse? Looks like when the power is applied the tires are pushed into the track, am I getting warm???

You're pretty much on the mark. Ole Newton once said every action has an opposite and equal reaction. Pull bar keeps the rearend from rapping back too far while the wheels gain forward bite. Black magic and voodoo!

Not much when you are up on the bars! That's were good shock and overall balance comes in to develop the drive off.
