@doctorrodders Yeah that's true. I think a healthy balance between the two views works the best. Sometimes even hovering abour 10 feet off the ground works just as well as actually landing too because the guys in the chopper will get the message. Anyway good stuff keep them coming.

the thing when being in a chooper i hate the most is when the driver is flying low and then jumps out so he can get a flag and lets the other 4 people who just crash and burn instantly dying without any sort of warning.
Or they take one hit and immediatly jump out

Nice one Rodders! I think a video about Attack Chopper vs. Attack Chopper combat would be great. Not sure how the others feel but its impossible for me to shoot down or even disengage an enemy chopper if they have the higher ground and a lock on me.

@doctorrodders I sent you a friend request, my name is InkognitoV. Unfortunately I can only play on Friday (afternoon), Saturday, and Sunday. I'm on Pacific coast time as well.

I suck a lot at flying, but flying in 3rd person mode is a great tip. I will use it. You guys who fly with a 360 controller, make flying look so easy. I need to get me one for my pc. Thanks for the tutorial.
I have to disagree with some of the things you said. I think that flying in 1st person is actually better and the 3rd person can limit you. Inside the cockpit, you can look around and see out the windows by activating the swivel button; however, I always go to 3rd person when landing to make sure I don't hit anything on my way down. Also landing hard can knock you off balance causing the chopper to tip over, you should try practicing quick soft landings with a lot of control. Good video though.

@fightnight217 I agree with you in some respects. The 3rd person can limit your view, but mainly if you fly in a counter clockwise fashion. And if you are looking around in the cockpit, you then can't steer well enough to avoid missiles. As with the landings, if I'm planning on staying on the ground, I will land gently. But what I'm talking about in the video is a quick bounce so I'm not making a stationary target

I can't respond to your comments for some reason, but thank you! And I fly on both the xbox and PC, with all videos coming from PC. I need someone to gun for me on PC for future videos, so send me a message if you're interested. Must have a mic!

Are you on the xbox or the PC? Because I'm on the PC and would love to fly with you.

@Inkognitohaloramics I play on xbox and PC, although I film on PC. If you want to fly with me I'd love that, as I need a gunner to fly with for future videos. Send me over your battlelog name :)
