What is protein? Most people who work out and want to build muscle know that they need protein in their diet to achieve results, but what does it actually do and how does it work?

In this video we'll look at what proteins are and what they do in your body, how your body builds them with the help of amino acids and why you need proteins in your food when you are into bodybuilding and want muscle.
