It's sad that because a GROUP of people commit crimes, the whole Hispanic (especially Mexican) community get THAT label of "illegal alien/criminal"...
From what researchers have found, most CRIMES committed in the US are done by American citizens of different ethnicities. AND Most illegal activity across international borders is being organized/commited by legal residents/US citizens who HAVE the documents necessary to travel....

I know that.
That's why i said that if young people commit crimes worthy of jail, even if they are US citizens,they should not be "given" help for their education or financial assistance/health assistance via welfare or other US Gov programs.
I do not see any crime being commited (knowingly) by the 2 year old who was brought over to the US by his mom for "a better future". The crime is on those who deal drugs, traffic people (guns & drugs), and commit murder (amog other things).

Any kind of youth that have a criminal history should NOT be any handouts ...especially for their education...a criminal history is a criminal history...these people need psychiatric help for being criminals in the first place.
