@iulekkk Yes, specifically the Dell E6410 is SATA-300. Both the port internal and the one accessible via the Emodule use the same controller, so there is no performance difference between the two.
@TheMrMerm SATA is just the interface on the terminal (think about a USB to IDE/SATA adapter), the speed is limited by the chip in the caddy and the interface between the laptop and the modular bay. I cannot find any information on what technology is used for the modular bay, Dell proprietary I assume
