To narrow your taste in music is riddiculus and I also love other genres

The hate against each classes of music is pathetic and very much childish.

Listen to what you find awesome and don't give a fuck what genre it belongs to.

@jakenightmare for sure! i know a guy who loves blind guardian but he can't stand heavier metal. thing is, he listens to blind guardian and lots of other good quality power metal and that makes all the difference. as long as you listen to real metal, i'm good. and i agree with you- there are alot of kids who think they know what metal is, but they're full of shit and can go bust a nut to asking alexandria. :)

@jakenightmare Yea, they give us a bad name. Everyone seems to think any metal is a bunch of incomprehensible screaming because of them. Sometimes i wished i lived in the Nordic countries instead of here in america.

@ShelborZ I disagree. Anyone can listen to metal everyday, the thing is that there are a lot of subgenres. Someone may not listen to Burzum or Mayhem, but they listen to Angra, Blind Guardian, and Stratovarious, and that's completely valid. However, in the USA you can see those kids who think that ''Core'' music is metal, and that is bullshit.
