there is so much stuff u re doing wrong with the shisha but its 4 am and i can t be bothered to write it all down...to those poor japanese ppl who want to know how to set up and smoke shisha/narghile PROPERLY check out hookah tutorials on youtube

XD You have to burn the coal first separately then put it on the edges and just start smoking it.

You did it entirely wrong. Never put direct flame onto shisha, it burns it and makes it harsh, it also releases tar and is harmful. Light the coals, then place them on the edges of the bowl. If you are burning the shisha, you are doing it wrong. The idea is to get heat moving through the shisha to get smoke, but without burning it and making it harsh.

You shouldn't use a gas flame on the shisha pipe. Let the coal burn off before placing it on top, and then smoke with the indirect heat of the coal.

shisha contains tobacco and some flavours sach as strawberry,grabes,melon,apple even cuppucino flaver,but the best is double apple flavour.
