Martin Luther King Jr will be remembered for 100's of years past today for his life's work as well as many other greats such as Einstein, Socrates and many others there life was sacred as well can be all of ours. At the same time Evil people such as Hitler will be known for thousands of years after today for the hideous things he did to man kind Life itself may not be sacred but what you do with your life for years to come may be remembered and considered sacred.

Well if you put this ideology on all things, that nothing ever matters no matter what you do than their is no point in doing any thing ever, because it will not affect the Universe at all. So i might as well do what i can hear and now. Doing my best and if i help some on on than to that person it might just matter.

@kieranRhunt no offense to you, but how the fuck does that get top comment on this type of video? :P

I wrote a very long comment that was very deep. Instead I will say this: the world is fucked up. People are dying due to greed. I want change. I want everyone to have access to whatever they please. But I am insignificant. Killing myself would affect the world just as much as if I lived my life striving to change the world.

The first crusade was started by Pope Urban ll with the purpose of reclaiming Jerusalem for the Christian nations so they could control the sacred land, the solders went on the promise of forgiveness. Please explain how this is not a war caused by religion
-
@SgtPeppersRevolution No, even before that, think back to the Crusades. The Crusades originally had the goal of recapturing Jerusalem and in response to a call from the leaders of the Byzantine Empire for help to fight the expansion of the Muslim Seljuk Turks into Anatolia. It was a turf war that used religion as a catalyst to get the masses to fight continuously and without question to capture land, not a war started by religion.
-
@lordsauron772 That is true in the last 200 years or so, but prior to that the main motivating factor, or at least a significant one was to spread or protect the faith
-
@SgtPeppersRevolution Wrong, wars are started by people and their greedy ambitions and hatred for one another, not religion. Religion is often used as a scapegoat or a catalyst to these wars to avoid having to explain oneself and one's actions.

@Hatinonthehaters You just contradicted yourself, saying religion is BS, then turning around and saying there would be no war if people believed. See, "if we believed in religion, there would be no wars.", that's what you put. I think you just fucked yourself into a corner.
