Keep both hands on the wheel Adam. If you happen to roll that car your natural instinct will be to put your arm out and break your fall. By keeping both hands on the wheel, every time you want to go for a Sunday drive resting your arm it will remind you to keep your arms in the car. Trust me on this, I leaned the hard way... Two plates and six screws in my arm. Want to see the scars?
