@ktmracer3500 lmao you're so ignorant. Professional movie editing is split 54% to 46%. It barely has a mac advantage. Apple would love for you to believe that they are the biggest and best for video editing when in all reality the software on a mac is equivalent to the software on a pc for video editing. On top of that pcs have MUCH better hardware for rendering videos than macs do. Please, do some research or don't question someone in the market of videos

The way you started off had me really thinking that you knew what you were talking about but apprently you dont. Yes, smartphones are old and are not new inventions by Apple, but Apple took the smartphone and revolutionized it. Smartphones have come and gone but the iPhone isnt just another phone, the technology (eg multitouch, motion scrolling) is revolutionary in all ways!

And more proving that apple's bs marketing works. No, these are NOT revolutionary inventions. Things have been using touchscreens forever before the iphone. No one simply organized it like apple. It'd be like a game coming out on 360 with a new control scheme then saying they invented the controller.

Being a PC user almost all my life, and just switching to a Mac this last year, I can say with all honesty that Mac's are just as fast as PC's. When you boot and shutdown, a Mac is WAY faster than a PC. I'm up and running within seconds of turning my Macbook Pro on, and that's a laptop, I don't even know how fast their desktop computers are.

@MikeyD3g u r aware that your pc u bought was store bought, and not made by u. Which means u didn't have a i7 proceser, and ati graphics card 5800, ddr3 ram, and a tb harddrive, not to mention u probably had a stock cooler. Come back when u make your own.

@MikeyD3g Are you an ignorant piece of shit? Bootup times are determined by the size of the files needed to startup the computer and the hard drive speed. Windows has less startup files and the hard drive speed is faster (macs have a base 5400 RPM hard drive vs PCs base 7200 RPM hard drive)

i HATE macs! they are slow POS! and no pcs dont always get viruses, ive only ever had one on mine. thats why there is avg, macaffee, norton (i prefer avg), and firewalls like zonealarm.

It's no surprise American leftists (oxymoron) are so into Macs. They always want to believe themselves superior to normal moderate to conservative Americans so they easily buy into the BS marketing techniques of Apple. I've been doing high end tasks on PCs for 15 years. PCs are much more versatile.
