Injured my back last year around this time... So I'm showing my progression to get my number up for my dead lift... 5 weeks ago i was doing only 65lbs, i have been trying to make my back stronger to that point.... and then decided to either lift heavy or go home SO I got my back stronger and I'm looking forward to dead lifting a shit load after this meat head challenge... ... I'm a work in progress..
