This Bill,has effected our city, Now anyone that wants to feed the Homeless must have a permit.because homeless are weak to food born ilnesses,and now we have to have a permit,which has Stopped Many people from feeding and getting Food...I mean really, the reason to get a permit doesnt stick, i guess its better for them to get there food from the dumspter,than from voleenteers cooking food for homeless...
