HOW TO: Layered haircut in 5 minutes

I didn't lop too much off in this video because I'm actually trying to grow my hair, but I've been abusing it a fair bit lately with heat so wanted to trim off my split ends. Aside from that, does what it says on the tin. TIP: if you're really wanting to hack quite a lot off, start your ponytail further up your head rather than at your forehead, that way you won't end up with very short bits at the front.

wow... I literally just spent 2 hours looking for a good haircut tutorial and then found this. Just showered and tried it to cut off split ends and give my hair a little layers and I have to say- THANK YOU! My hair looks awesome with this quick cut. I'll be doing this from now on. Love it :) :)

The last 3 times I went to a hairdresser, I was really very clear about how I wanted it cut. Long story short:

the last time I even took a picture of what I wanted and I came home with something not even close to that. I have a feeling all hairdressers just want to CUT, CUT, CUT even when you tell them no more than 3 inches...the last time they had to shave my neck too, it was that short. I cried!

So, tomorrow I'm going to do it myself!

@Jewls4660 When you flip your hair over and cut it like that you're cutting it from a different angle, like back of the hair to the front with your head bent over. It's just the way the hair falls.
