Here we are demonstrating a squat to press. A serious compound movement utilizing the entire body. The legs drive the press and decelerated the bar on the rerack.

Start really light with this exercise and you can use it for a complete body warm-up. As you progress and get stronger and more proficient, you can utilize the movement for a primary or supplemental exercise.

  • That's absolutely great and works nearly the whole body! I think I'll try it next time - but only with the 10 Kgs plates, not the 20's :-P
