In this episode, Kain leaves the Energy Bolt temple, and heads towards Natchholm.
Kain reach's Natchholm, but before he enters the village, Kain discovers a cave.

Kain enters the cave, and finds a Blood Fountain, Which increases his Strength.

Kain travels through Natchholm, and heads along the path to Stenchcrowe.

On Kains way to Stenchcrowe, he finds another cave with a Blood Fountain, which gives Kain no damage to the rain.

Kain leaves the cave and continues his jorney to Stenchcrowe.
