Great video. I use many of the products you listed. You are definitely not a 4C. Your hair seems 4A with maybe some 4B. But definitely not 4C. Either way keep taking care of your beautiful locks.

I don't think you should tell a 4c hair type to use Peppermint Soap on their hair. It will strip the oils from the hair, and that's what 4c hair needs - moisture. I did that once and my hair was stiff as a board. I'm a 4c.

Also, I wonder if you got sick after washing your hair with that soap in the morning, and then going outside. *smh* I just bathe in Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap, and I soak my feet in it.

@lyricallyaddicting It's not a stupid question. I had to ask somebody before I found it. I went to a whole foods store. I mix it in a spray bottle with distilled water, oils and spray away. lol. Thanks for commenting.

thanks for your advice on products. informative! i've been natural 3 yrs and am just figuring my hair out......i am so confused about my hair txture. i think i have two txtures at once. my hair will not lay down in the front or the back and my curls arent tight, but not loose. my hair looks like yours though just in a ponytail. not how yours lays down. i will have to post a video then:)

Yeah I agree with the comments below. I see that you have some defined curls. You are definitely not a 4c.  You are a 4a (and may have some 4b in it).
